    I am 68 and was told that I have osteoarthritis was just given some exercises on 2 sheets of paper and was told to do them at home and to take collogen glucosamime chondroitin with vitamin D and was given any appointment at all to come to see any doctor so I am just here doing exercises getting more painful so much so my back and hip that wasn't painful is me killing me now and my right knee I can't stand up for 2 minutes it gets stiff I can hardly walk.I am tired of taking pain killers.

    I have been doing this for a long time but had corpol tunnel syndrome and had surgery. I'm still doing this each morning, and before going to bed. I knit and crocheting a lot and have to retate to avoid pain. I also sleep in compression gloves.

    Thank you so much. I had been feeling hopeless and depressed because I was told by one doctor many of the things you mentioned. I have arthritis in both knees, the left one being the worse. I was told that" It is normal with age, my choices were to get a cortisone shot and take ibrupropen and it was just going to get increasingly worse until I would end up having to get a knee replacement. I had asked him about PT and he said, well " I guess you can try that." If I had not suggested PT I would not even have had that . Totally disheartened after that, I made an appointment for second opinion, which was even more discouraging because all the second doctor did, was to defend the first doctor and insulted me by saying that I did not want to cooperate with the first doctor who had done everything to help me. He said I needed to face the fact that I had arthritis and to stop denying it. It was going to get increasingly worse until I need a knee replacement . I learned that asking for a second opinion branded me as some sort of trouble maker in the world of doctors and he was the least bit interested in approaching my case in an unbiased way. . I went out of there in tears. I started PT, but coming across you and your videos have been a godsend. The one on limping is helping more already than the actual PT. I plan to watch and do every single one your videos that you have on knee arthritis. You are wonderful! Thank you Thank you Thank you !
